RETURNS
Right of withdrawal: You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. For reasons of hygiene, earrings cannot be exchanged.
Important: The customer bears the costs for the return shipment to us - we deduct the costs for the return label from the amount to be refunded. The return costs are as follows:

After your return request has been checked and accepted, you will receive a return label from us. Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the amount, minus the return costs, to your original payment method.
RETURN PROCESS
1. click on this link and enter your email address (the address you used when ordering)
2. you will receive a 6-digit code by email. Log in to your account with this code
3. click on the order for which you want to register a return
4. click on “Request return”
5. select the items you would like to return
6. select a reason for return, add a note if necessary
7. click again on “Request return”
We will process your request in the system within 48 hours on working days. As soon as the request has been accepted, you will receive your return label by email.
FURTHER INFORMATION
Undeliverable: Orders that could not be delivered due to an address error (e.g. missing house number, incorrect surname, etc.) or were not picked up at the store or packing station and were therefore returned to us, we will be happy to send them to you again for a new shipping fee of €3.90. In the event of cancellation, the return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In 2018, I moved from India to Munich, carrying with me a deep love for design and a treasure trove of memories from colorful markets and cozy craft corners back home.
Inspired by a desire to blend my roots with a modern flair, I began collaborating with talented illustrators and designers in Europe to craft beautiful, functional pieces that bring a smile to your face.
In 2024, this dream took flight, launching a brand that celebrates playful creativity and thoughtful design.
And I look forward to connecting with people who celebrate creativity and uniqueness through each of the thoughtfully created pieces.
