Shipping policy

We ship throughout Europe with DHL and also to other countries upon request.

The processing time for your order is generally 1-3 working days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive the shipment tracking by email. The delivery time via DHL/German Post is 1-5 working days. Of course, we have no influence on any delays in delivery by DHL.

When shipping goods, there is always a risk of delays in delivery times or the package being lost. Just contact us if something is wrong and we will get to the bottom of the matter.

Some items may not be in stock and are only just on their way back to us. In some cases, you can pre-order the item and your delivery will be sent to you once the item has arrived, which of course extends the delivery time. However, we will inform you of this in the product description/title.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties (customs duties) may apply. Please note that we cannot cover any customs costs that may arise.

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders with a minimum value of 75 € and free shipping to all other EU countries for orders with a minimum value of 150€ (merchandise value). Gift vouchers are exempt from this regulation.
